Shipping Charges Policy

  1. Do I have to pay any shipping charges on my order?

    Customers can enjoy an ordering experience with free shipping charges on orders over SAR 100. For orders under SAR 100, customers are required to pay a shipping charge of SAR 10.
  2. Can I get my shipping charges waived off?

    STYLI will only waive off the shipping charges if the order is canceled, lost, or not delivered to your preferred location. In this case, STYLI will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. If the customer returns an order delivered to her/him, order shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that the order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT or any other applicable charges.
  3. Can I pay cash on delivery?

    Yes, customers can avail the Cash on Delivery (COD) option by paying an additional fee of SAR 10, payable upon receipt of the order.
  4. How do you calculate the total payment for my orders?

    Order value is usually calculated after applying discounts/VAT or any other applicable charges.
  5. Will the STYLI team call me to confirm my order?

    Customers will receive an SMS and an email upon the confirmation of their order.

Cancellation Policy

  1. How do I cancel my order?

    The customer can cancel the whole order, including those purchased on sale, as long as the order hasn’t been packed in our warehouse. This can be done through the STYLI App/Website/M-site. In case the order has already left the warehouse, the customer can refuse to accept it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the source account if the order amount was paid online. Customers can find the cancellation option under ‘All Orders’ section, which can be found on the ‘Account’ page of the App/Website/M-site. After that, you can easily select the order you wish to cancel. 
  2. How Do I Get My Refund?

    1- For payments made via store wallet, cash on delivery, customers will receive refunds back into their STYLI accounts as store credits.
    2- For those who chose to pay the entire amount via credit or debit card, the amount paid will be refunded back to their cards.
    3- For payments made partially with credit or debit card and store credit, customers will receive a partial refund into their STYLI accounts and cards.
  3. When do I receive my refund?

    The refund initiation time may vary depending on the time taken by the courier partner to return the products to the STYLI warehouse. Please note that once the customer cancels the order, the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded.

Returns Policy

  1. Can I return items bought on STYLI?

    Yes, STYLI provides its customers with an easy return policy in which they can return items purchased for any reason within 15 days of delivery. The products should be unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging on. The customer is welcome to try on a product but should take adequate measure to preserve its condition
  2. Are there any products that cannot be returned?

    The following exceptions and rules apply to the returns policy:
    1. Items like sunglasses, socks, briefs, shapewear bottoms, innerwear, any lingerie sets that include briefs, swimwear, mittens, or wristbands cannot be returned.
    2. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
    3. STYLI will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra, or a different product, is returned by mistake, STYLI will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product, and will not be responsible for its delivery back to the user.
  3. How do I place a return request on STYLI?

    Customers can return their products to STYLI through the available pickup option we currently have. STYLI offers a pickup service in most locations. Customers will see a pickup option once they submit a return request
  4. When do I get my refund back after returning an item?

    Refunds will be initiated once the courier picks up the products to be returned. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, STYLI will ship the product back to the customer. If the customer wishes to exchange the item for an alternative product, STYLI suggests that the customer return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
